Richard began his career with City-Lifeback in 1998 as a Sales Consultant. Over the past 11 years Richard has developed a large referral network throughout Perth and the Goldfields. In 2004 Richard tookover as General Manager and having completed his studies and attaining a Diploma in Property he became the Principal. Richard and Roxanne purchased the business in 2005 and are committed to building a strong team of dedicated, like minded individuals working together to offer our Clients expert advice in the fields of Property and Finance. Richard has a fresh outlook and approach in investment. He is keen to use his passion for property to help clients secure a prosperous future.


Roxanne Pappas
Administration Director

Roxanne brings extensive Administration & Marketing experience from her history in both the public & private sectors to her role as Administration Director. Roxanne is also an accredited mortgage broker and assists internal and external clients to service their financial needs.

 


Kylie Wigham
Project Manager

Kylie joined City-Life in March 2008 to assist with the development of Exmouth Building Solutions. With three and a half years of Project Management and Contract Administration experience with a not-for-profit organisation, Kylie is ideally qualified to assist formalise arrangements with builders and transcribe these in to real building options for our clients in Exmouth. Additionally, Kylie's experience in this area has assisted with the growth of our Strata Management division particularly in the early stages of handing over new strata complexes from developers and builders.

 


Tim Grose
Senior Sales Executive

Tim graduated from The University of Western Australia with a double major in Finance and Management. Experience in these fields, together with his professional and enthusiastic approach to property investment, enables Tim to assist clients in the achievement of their wealth creation goals.

Andrew has extensive accounting and property finance experience. He is a dedicated real estate professional with a genuine interest to create high quality developments, which suit a modern lifestyle in cosmopolitan lifestyle locations.

 


Matt Evans
Project Manager, City-Life Developments

Matt graduated from the University of WA with a double major in Finance and Marketing. After spending 7 years in London where he was a partner of a successful Wealth Management company, Matt returned to Perth to join the City-Life Team as a Project Manager. Matt enjoys a challenge and is highly motivated to help City-Life and its clients achieve their goals.

 

Rose Niemack
Sales Executive

Joining the real estate world in the early 1980's in South Africa Rose quickly became a top sales performer. Over the next few years she managed offices for some of the largest global real estate agencies. She purchased her own real estate company in the late 1980's and developed that into a formidable force embracing marketing, sales, training, project management and new developments.

She believes in giving good old fashioned service which makes her "noticeably different". You can expect professional, honest, discreet service from Rose as she coordinates each aspect of your home purchase or sales transactions treating each as if it were her own.

Rose is now concentrating her wealth of knowledge to the selling of prestige homes and apartment's only working for 2 or 3 clients at a time so as to achieve the best results in the shortest time concentrating all her efforts to your sale or purchase.

 

Marlene Nelson
Sales Executive

Marlene has a great mix of experience and expertise. In the 10 years that Marlene worked with Bankwest, she spent six years specialising in personal lending. Marlene also owned and operated a successful retail business for 9 years. In the past 3 years she has worked as a Property Consultant in the Leederville area. In her spare time she has renovated no less than 9 properties. Armed with this experience, Marlene certainly understands the perfect property purchase.

 

Lincoln Hefferen
Sales Executive

Lincoln joined the team in March 2010 as a Property Consultant after ten years in Pharmaceutical Sales, building strong relationships with medical professionals and a high standard of ethics and integrity is one of his strengths. Having personally brought property in Perth since moving here from Sydney 1997 he has never looked back, he has been a client of City-Life for 6 years and has always been impressed with the professionalism of the team and is enthusiastic about joining the sales team and keen to impress.

 

Jorden Peirce
Sales Executive

Jorden graduated from Edith Cowan University with a double degree in Business and Science. Jorden has always had a considerable interest in the Real Estate market and has been involved in a substantial amount of sales predominantly in Perth's western suburbs. Jorden's extensive sales experience and expert negotiation skills has provided him a triumphant career in real estate.

 

Jodee Parslow
Administration Manager

Jodee's real estate career began in 1990 as a Sales Administrator during the real estate boom. After 6 years, she decided to travel Australia and it was while in Sydney that she moved into the exciting field of property developments.

Jodee joined the City-Life Residential Team in December 2005 as a part time office/sales administrator.

Sales Coordinator

Kate has a passion for real estate and brings 4 years of industry experience to her role at City-Life. She has experience in marketing, administration and as a Sales Coordinator and thrives working in a team environment. Kate also brings a bright and friendly personality to our office at City-Life.

 


Allison Hall
Property & Strata Manager

Allison has 23 years of valuable experience in property management having worked in WA, Victoria and NSW. Along with her Property Management experience Allison is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in all three states.

 


Pippin Blinco
Property Manager

Pippin moved from Kalgoorlie at the beginning of February 2007 with her family where she worked for Professionals Real Estate as their office administrator and receptionist. Pippin is a great asset to City-Life�s Property Management Team. With her constant smile and approachable manner, dealing with Pippin is always a pleasure. Before entering the property business Pippin showed off her talents behind the camera as a professional photographer. Pippin will be available to assist with all tenant and landlord enquiries.


Carol Robertson
Strata Manager

Carol Robertson joined City-Life in 2007 as our vibrant front desk receptionist. Whilst on reception, Carol expanded her role further by assisting the Property Management and Strata Management Team. With her acquired knowledge she has now taken over the very important role of Strata Manager for our ever growing portfolio. Carol will continue to offer exceptional service as she has always done in the past and is excited to take this new path in real estate.


Shinnai Rata
Receptionist / Property Management Assistant

Shinnai joins the team with experience in administration and reception. She has also had experience in both the health and tourism industries. As a new member of the City-Life Team, Shinnai is looking forward to excelling in her position and assisting the Property Management Department give owners and tenants exceptional service.
