Richard began his career with City-Life back in 1998 as a Sales Consultant. Over the past 11 years Richard has developed a large referral network throughout Perth and the Goldfields. In 2004 Richard took over as General Manager and having completed his studies and attaining a Diploma in Property he became the Principal. Richard and Roxanne purchased the business in 2005 and are committed to building a strong team of dedicated, like minded individuals working together to offer our Clients expert advice in the fields of Property and Finance. Richard has a fresh outlook and approach in investment. He is keen to use his passion for property to help clients secure a prosperous future.

This experience has been invaluable in her real estate career. Marlene also owned and operated a successful retail business for nine years. In the past four years she has worked as a Property Consultant in Perth’s inner city suburbs. In her spare time Marlene and her husband have renovated nine properties. Being a part of an extended family, all of which are in real estate, it was inevitable that after many ‘careers’ Carole would enter the real estate profession. Joining City-life Residential in April 2011 she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in Sales and Administration. Excited at undertaking this new position, Carole is especially looking forward to developing good working relationships with sales representatives, staff and clients. Married in 1970, the union of which resulted in the birth of her son, Tony, who has two children, Mitchell and Taylah, all are the apple of their mother and grandmother’s eye.

Having worked with the Professionals in Kalgoorlie, Pippin decided to continue her career in real estate with City-Life and has been a valuable member of the team for past 5 years. Pippin now manages a large share of City-Life’s property management portfolio and believes the key to her success is to always have an approachable manner and constant smile. Kya Phillips

Kya started her career in real estate in 2008 with a small boutique agency in Beechboro as a Receptionist/Assistant Property Manager to a portfolio of approximately 300 properties. After gaining on the job experience Kya then completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and became a licensed REBA Property Manager. After successfully managing her own portfolio she decided it was time to move to one of Western Australia’s largest property management agencies with a portfolio of 110 properties. During this time Kya had the opportunity to develop the suite of skills required to be a successful property manager particularly with regard to arrears management and ensuring you pay attention to detail. Due to family commitments, Kya decided to return to an assistant role with City-Life where she has become a valuable member of the team in a short period of time. To have someone assisting your team that has the qualifications and understanding of how to manage a portfolio has significant benefits to the clients with properties managed by City-Life.

Kylie joined City-Life in March 2008 to assist with the development of Exmouth Building Solutions. With three and a half years of Project Management and Contract Administration experience with a not-for-profit organisation, Kylie is ideally qualified to assist formalise arrangements with builders and transcribe these in to real building options for our clients in Exmouth. Additionally, Kylie's experience in this area has assisted with the growth of our Strata Management division particularly in the early stages of handing over new strata complexes from developers and builders.
